Artificial Intelligence technology has disrupted various sectors and has a positive and negative impact on economic security. To utilize Artificial Intelligence, Indonesia has prepared the National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2020-2045 to be able to increase economic growth and become a country in the world that masters Artificial Intelligence for agriculture and maritime. The National Artificial Intelligence Roadmap 2025-2029 is a concrete step in realizing the national strategy to succeed the Asta Cita program promoted by the current Government and can compete globally to realize Indonesia's Vision 2045. This article also raises the importance of achieving and maintaining economic security in addition to anticipating and preventing economic security leaks using Artificial Intelligence through technological cooperation with Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) countries to realize the mastery of Artificial Intelligence technology faced with the challenge of the external and internal threats.
